We are seeking a Manager Revenue & Distribution, EMEA (m/f/x) in the Netherlands. As part of the EMEA revenue team, your heart beats for numbers and Hotel success. You feel excitement when developing revenue strategies, objectives, and targets. You thrive off relationship management, strategic planning and driving revenue and engagement to our member hotels. This position is a maternity cover, initially set for a period of 6 months. Given our business growth, there is a possibility of extending the contract beyond the initial term.

The main functions of the position are:
Develop and implement revenue management strategies across EMEA portfolio.
Optimize BWH Hotels distribution network to show strong % contribution in BWH systems delivery (including both with OTA delivery and excluding OTA delivery.)
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand forecasts.
Collaborate with full commercial team to align strategies and drive revenue.
To consistently educate and do performance reviews on revenue & BWR®/WHR® per property to ensure we consistently achieve % contribution KPI’s.

Job requirements
You are made for this position if you have:
Proven experience in revenue management (hotel background is a must).
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of distribution channels and pricing strategies.
Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
Ability to work across multiple markets and cultures within the EMEA region.
Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Experience in working with Property Management Systems within a Front Office or Reservations environment.
Revenue Management System (RMS) experience is a plus.
Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
Ability to influence internal and external decision makers.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Enjoying building relationships with all existing and new hotel members and other stakeholders.
Consultant-personality, can-do attitude and hands-on mentality.
